Quotes & consultations

Our first site visit and consultation are free and carry no obligation. Any design or build quote we give is an estimate based on the scope discussed; the final figure is confirmed in a written, itemised quote that you approve before work begins. Prices can change if the scope, site conditions or material costs change — we'll always tell you first.

Ordering plants & products

Shop orders are placed over WhatsApp and confirmed by our team. Prices are in Indian Rupees and shown on the product. Payment is by UPI or cash on delivery. Free delivery applies to orders of ₹2,000 or more across the Tricity & Punjab; a flat ₹99 delivery fee applies below that. We'll always confirm your total before dispatch. Plants are living things — exact size, shape and bloom vary naturally from the photos.

Healthy-plant guarantee & replacements

We pack every plant with care. If something arrives damaged or unhealthy, send us a photo on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery and we'll replace it or refund it. Because plants are perishable, we can't accept returns simply due to a change of mind once they've been delivered.

Workmanship guarantee

Our hardscaping and build work is backed by our workmanship guarantee, with terms set out in your project quote. It covers our craftsmanship, not damage from neglect, extreme weather, or third-party alterations after handover.
